We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious, had plenty of natural light, and boasted stunning mountain views. The furnishings were modern and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the use of the spa facilities on-site. Additionally, the hotel location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore this city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was ample and delicious.

Our recent stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. the room was grand, adequately furnished, and had a breathtaking mountain view. We pampered ourselves in the onsite spa facilities, and the breakfast was a great way to start our day. the staff was polite, and the service was remarkable. We appreciated having access to numerous amenities and enjoyed socializing in the communal areas.
While we had an overall great experience, some staff could have been more welcoming and attentive in introducing the amenities.

Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains. We appreciated the convenience of having spa facilities on-site. Moreover, the breakfast selection was reasonable and filled us up for our city explorations.
The staff provided little guidance or hospitality towards us. We understand that the hotel may not normally have many international guests, but we felt we were not made to feel welcome. It would have been nice to have more assistance navigating through the hotel amenities and services.

Rooms were well-furnished, spacious with plenty of natural light, and provided a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was satisfying and had some good options. the hotel's spa facilities were a major highlight and added to our overall relaxation experience during our city break.
We felt disappointed by the lack of attention given by staff in guiding us to the amenities provided by the hotel. Despite understanding that international guests are rare, we feel the staff should have been more hospitable and welcoming.
